Return Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

At Axora Auto Parts Canada, we stand behind the quality of our rims, radiators, and performance components. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return process for our Canadian customers.

2. Eligibility for Returns
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of installation, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3 Return Process
  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
    Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Product Back
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or shipped in error. Use a trackable carrier service to ensure proper delivery.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4 Exchanges
  • • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back.

  • A replacement will be shipped once the return is processed.

5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Axora Auto Parts will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
6 Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom rims, special finishes, or made-to-order radiators

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Installed, used, or damaged products
